Professional in Human Resources (PHR®) certification is like a stamp of approval within the human resources profession. Colorado State University OnlinePlus offers a Denver-based Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) certificate program for HR professionals who want a review before taking the PHR or SPHR (Senior Professional Human Resources) exams.
According to the HRCI, the pass rate for PHR exams from December 2011-January 2012 was just above half, sitting at 58 percent. However, every CSU OnlinePlus SHRM Fall 2011 and Spring 2012 student passed the PHR exam and has earned their PHR designation due to the excellent preparation from this certificate.
